Elicia Douglas Cruickshank

Comrade Elicia is employed at Ferreira Optical since 1998. She was elected as Shop Steward just after two years of being employed and held that position for approximately five years. In 2005 she was selected to the post of Branch President until her secondment to the union in November to undergo training in the Labour Relations Department.

She is  attending the Cipriani College of labour and Co-operative Studies  pursuing Industrial Relations . Comrade Elicia serves as a member of the Gabilan Street Sports and Cultural Committee and the Neal and Massy North Credit Union as chairperson of the credit committee.  Her interests and hobbies are dancing, running and languages.
